Cool water! A couple of our top cows waded into a refreshing drink while we were checking cattle in summer pasture, and it was worth snapping a picture. At left is Sweet Hussy, futurity winner and 2014 ITLA world champion senior heifer. With her is Pretty Savy, top futurity contender and reserve world champion senior heifer in 2014. They’re both 3 years old, and are raising two excellent calves.
